These terms apply when you use grandjobgames.com or play any game published on it.

By using this website or playing the games on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Grand Job Games (David Donnellan), based in Ireland.
Using the games
The games are free to play. You are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play them for your own non-commercial entertainment, through this website or an official app store listing.
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, resell or rehost a game, in whole or in part;
- modify, decompile or reverse engineer a game, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- re-publish a game on another site or in another app, including via embedding, without written permission;
- use automated means to interfere with the site or a game, or to place unreasonable load on the service;
- remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.
Streaming, recording or writing about the games is welcome and needs no permission, including on monetised channels. A link back to the game's page is appreciated.
Intellectual property
All games, source code, artwork, sound, text and the Grand Job Games name remain the property ofGrand Job Games unless stated otherwise on a specific page. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Availability
The site and the games are provided on an "as available" basis. Games may be changed, updated, moved or withdrawn at any time without notice, and no guarantee is made that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.
No warranty
The games and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Job Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising out of your use of this website or the games. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Irish law.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, which apply regardless of anything stated here.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites and app stores. Those sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Apps published to app stores
Where a game is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms apply to the download and to any transaction, in addition to these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date of the last change shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
